Minimum order
A minimum product subtotal of €10 is required to complete an order.

The free-delivery threshold is based on the product subtotal after discounts have been applied.
Delivery days
Deliveries are normally made on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. We will contact you using the details provided at checkout to confirm your expected delivery day.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur because of traffic, weather, high order volumes or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Delivery information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, telephone number and contact information.
If nobody is available to receive the order, we will contact you to arrange another suitable delivery. An additional delivery charge may apply when a second delivery attempt is necessary because incorrect information was supplied or nobody was available.
