Products
We aim to display product descriptions, images, colours and measurements as accurately as possible. Minor differences may occur because of screen settings, product batches or supplier changes.
Product suitability may depend on the animal’s size, coat, health and behaviour. Customers are responsible for selecting and using products appropriately and following the supplied instructions and warnings.
Prices
All prices are displayed in euro. Delivery charges and any applicable discounts are shown before the order is completed.
We may update prices and promotions at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Orders
After placing an order, you should receive an order-confirmation email. This confirms that we received your request but does not guarantee acceptance.
We may contact you to clarify delivery information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, pricing information is clearly incorrect, payment cannot be confirmed or delivery cannot reasonably be completed.
If we cancel a prepaid order, the amount paid will be refunded.
Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include card payment and cash on delivery.
Customers paying by cash on delivery should prepare the correct amount where possible.
Delivery
Orders are subject to the minimum order amount, delivery charges, delivery areas and estimated schedules shown in our Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact and delivery information.
Returns and refunds
Cancellation, withdrawal, return and refund requests are handled according to our Returns and Refund Policy and applicable Malta and EU consumer law.
Product availability
Products are subject to availability. Although we track stock, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed. We will contact you and offer an appropriate solution or refund.
Safe product use
Customers must use products responsibly, supervise animals where appropriate and discontinue use if a product becomes damaged or causes discomfort.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Malta or EU consumer law.
Intellectual property
The Pet Value Malta name, logo, website text and original images may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any mandatory consumer protections and rights available under applicable Malta and EU law remain unaffected.
